Spammers Vs. Anti-Spammers

Three anti-spam Web sites have shut down after being attacked by suspected spammers. The fight against spammers has been heating up lately. Earthlink's suing another wave of alleged spammers. California Governor Gray Davis just inked a bill that holds spammers responsible for $1,000 per Email and $1 million per incident.
