The Wonder Years star Jason Hervey is suing his former employer for severance pay. Hervey was terminated from his position as the senior vice president of media and communications at HealthSouth in March 2003.
After fraud charges against CEO Richard Scrushy were filed, a New York firm came into HealthSouth to turn the company around. Hervey claims the firm prevented him from doing his job and resulted in his termination. He is suing for $400,000.
