Anti-Spam Law Has Little Effect on Big Spammers

The anti-spam law went into effect January 1 but the biggest companies feeling the effects are the ones who weren't technically sending spam. The new rules have sent legit companies scrambling to include unsubscribe options and physical addresses to all of their materials sent via Email in order to be fully protected from the $250 per Email fine.
