Wal-Mart Steps Up PR to Protect Image

Wal-Mart is taking a stance against critics who say the retailer is taking away business from local companies and sending jobs to sweat shops out of the country. Execs at Wal-Mart say the company is adopting an aggressive PR strategy to combat those claims. The company has also changed its ad campaign to feature more female managers.
