Pepperidge Farm Goldfish will scale back on transfatty acids. The new Goldfish crackers will hit the shelves by September of this year. The health care craze, specifically Atkins diet awareness, has given brands a reason to recreate their products. Kraft, Frito-Lay and Tyson Foods have also vowed to cut back or eliminate TFAs altogether.
