Bob Vila Site Sued Over Spam

Internet service provider Hypertouch is suing the owners of BobVila.com for allegedly sending unsolicited Emails to the ISP and its clients. The suit claims the defendants violated the Can-Spam bill by sending 41 different Emails with false headers.
