Tip of the Week: Know What Your Customers Want

Friday June 4, 2004
Wouldn't it be great if every customer thought your company was wonderful and your products were exactly what they need? Make sure your customers are happy and are getting the products and services they want.

Send a survey to customers and offer them a free gift for participating. What you ask is completely up to you. For example, you can ask how satisfied they are with you, would they recommend your company to a friend and would they purchase something from you in the future.

Or you can ask how satisfied they are with their previous purchases from you and even what products they would like to see from you.

Use your survey to gather information and implement changes that make sense for your company. Surveys give you the chance to connect with your customers and find out what their specific needs are so you can tailor your own goals and advertising needs to suit the masses.
