Low-Carb Craze Simmers

Sales of low-carb products are down and experts predict the rate to slow even further. Pepsi Edge, the new low-carb soda offering from PepsiCo, is experiencing slow sales, despite the recent kickoff campaign. Coca Cola kicked off its low-carb soda, C2, right before Pepsi Edge with a major summer promotion.
