America Online, Microsoft, EarthLink and Yahoo Team Up Again to Fight Spammers

America Online, Microsoft, EarthLink and Yahoo have joined forces again to fight spammers violating the Can-Spam Act. For this round of the fight, lawsuits were filed in California, Georgia and Washington. AOL's newest lawsuit is also fighting spam through instant messenging, AKA "spim."
