FDA Clamps Down on Crestor

The FDA is sending a harsh message to AstraZeneca, maker of the cholesterol drug Crestor. Full page ads for the drug read, "The FDA has confidence in the safety and efficacy of Crestor." The FDA says that statement is misleading because it intimates that the organization isn't concerned over the drug's safety risks.
