McDonald's May Outsource Drive-Thru Order-Taking
Monday March 14, 2005
McDonald's has been trying to turn its sales arounds and after ad campaigns that have targeted mothers on the go and college students, the fast food chain says it's considering an option to outsource drive-thru order-taking. McDonald's execs say they are looking into hiring remote call centers
to handle your orders. CFO Matthew Paull says McDonald's receives a large number of complaints about incorrect orders and a call center that exclusively takes orders might eliminate the problem.
