Utah TV Station Refuses to Air Cindy Sheehan Commercial

Utah television station KTVX says it won't be airing the commercial Cindy Sheehan is featured in. In the ad, Sheehan, whose son was killed in Iraq, says President Bush has lied to Americans and calls the war in Iraq "senseless."

The commercial began airing on other TV stations in Salt Lake City Saturday but KTVX refused to air the ad, calling it an "inappropriate commercial." The commercial's air dates aren't a coincidence. President Bush is scheduled to speak in Salt Lake City Monday August 22.
