"Who will inspire you" uses actual customers in a new :30 spot. DVR users can pause on each TrimSpa customer to see before and after pictures.
TrimSpa is calling the after pictures "after after" because they were taken later than the 12 week challenge period. The company paid out $1.5 million to the FTC earlier this year over controversial claims about customers' weight loss. The FTC accused TrimSpa of not having enough scientific evidence to back up its claims that the ingredient Hoodia gordonii allows customers to lose a large amount of weight.
