Charlize Theron Sued Over Endorsement Deal

Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron is facing a lawsuit after Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil claims she broke the terms of an endorsement deal. The lawsuit says Theron signed a deal to only wear Raymond Weil watches from October 2005 through December 2006.
Theron also has an endorsement deal with Christian Dior. She was photographed wearing a Dior watch for a perfume ad, which sparked the lawsuit.

Raymond Weil's lawyers have not disclosed how much they are seeking in damages. The company's lawyer tells the Associated Press that his client has spent more than $20 million for its ad campaign featuring Theron.
