PepsiCo execs may have been planning to run its ad for Pepsi One, featuring "Sex and the City" star Kim Cattrall. But the NFL may force an unexpected change of plans on the soft drink company.

You've probably seen the Pepsi One ad in question. It's a takeoff of the Three Bears featuring "Sex and the City" star Kim Cattrall. Kim walks into an empty locker room.

First, she drinks Coca-Cola, then Diet Coke before she drinks Pepsi One. The team returns to their locker room to find Kim in a hot tub.

So what's wrong with the ad? Attorneys for the NFL say the team members resemble the Chicago Bears. The letter calls out the fact that there are Bears signs in the locker room and the team's uniforms are "virtually identical" to the real Bears.

The NFL already has a sponsorship in place with Coca-Cola. The Pepsi rival sponsors Super Bowl-related events where the game will be played, this year in Tampa, Florida.

Pepsi's Super Bowl ad time stands at three minutes with a lot of room for Pepsi One and Diet Pepsi ads. The Pepsi One ad continues to run while lawyers for both companies are "talking."
