Budweiser, Super Fan - In-Game Reaction
Animals play football until a streaking sheep enters the field. Entertains and keeps you watching. Super Bowl history shows the love for animals in commercials. Hope to see this one again in other programs. It's definitely got staying power.

CareerBuilder.com, I Understand - In-Game Reaction
The first ad that aired (Celebration) was the typical CareerBuilder.com ad that aired in last year's Super Bowl. The "I Understand" ad featured a guy on the phone talking about his monkey co-workers and a girl on the other end of the line talking about her jackass co-workers. Completely unexpected. Very funny. A great ad that made you laugh and also sells the company at the same time.

ESPN Mobile, One Minute Version - In-Game Reaction
Completely nailed its target audience. Wasn't funny. Wasn't supposed to be. The visuals of this commercial are amazing and instantly you knew this was a sports-related product. Tied the whole ad up in a pretty package and ESPN Mobile used the one-minute commercial to launch its new service very effectively.

MasterCard, MacGyver - In-Game Reaction
Admittedly, this one's a surprise when you stack it up against the other Super Bowl XL commercials. Why is it on the list then? MasterCard's longevity with the "Priceless" campaign is priceless itself. The creatives behind these commercials are finding a new way to keep this campaign very much alive and kicking. Besides, it was good to see Richard Dean Anderson back in his MacGyver shoes. This ad definitely should've had higher placement than in the fourth quarter.

Sprint, Couch on Fire - In-Game Reaction
Unlike Sprint's Crime Deterrent commercial in the second quarter, this fourth quarter ad was humorous and effectively sold the product. A guy shows his friend that he can download music to his phone for any occasion. Then his couch catches fire and he downloads a Keystone cop-type of song. Characters enter the room, chaos ensues and they all run around the couch to the tune playing on the cell phone. Silly commercial but left an impression. Another commercial that deserved first half placement.
