Spike Spikes SpikeTV

Tuesday June 17, 2003
Spike Lee won a temporary injunction blocking Viacom from renaming "The New TNN" to "SpikeTV." In an appeals court Tuesday, Viacom estimated its losses at $16.8 million since Lee filed the suit.
