Kobe Bryant's Case Voted Top Sports Story of the Year

The case of Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant has been voted the number one AP sports story of the year. Bryant, who's worth millions on the court and in endorsement deals, will stand trial to face sexual assault allegations.

In a 2002 poll asking who the top endorsers are, he came in third behind Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan. Bryant's endorsement deals have been a popular subject among fans and those in the advertising industry.
